FIX PARTIAL REFUND ISSUES ON STRIPE CONNECT

Prerequisites - Fixed salary only - Communication exclusively through chat I'm facing issues with failed refund transactions on my multi-vendor plugin using Stripe Connect.
I'm not looking for someone familiar with connecting Stripe, but someone familiar with Stripe Connect.
When issuing refunds in multiple parts in currencies other than USD, the following error occurs.
"Failed to process refund.
Reason.
Refund amount (¥315) is greater than unrefunded amount on fee (¥202)" The task is to fix this error.
This error occurs when refunds are issued multiple times as follows.
1.
Set the platform fee to 5%.
2.
Set WooCommerce's currency to a non-USD currency like Azerbaijani Manat or Japanese Yen.
3.
Create a product priced at 3.
for Azerbaijani Manat or 333 for Japanese Yen.
4.
Purchase the created product.
5.
Refund 1.
for Azerbaijani Manat or 120 for Japanese Yen.
This first refund can be executed without errors.
6.
Next, refund the remaining amount.
2.
for Azerbaijani Manat or 213 for Japanese Yen.
Then the error "Failed to process refund.
Reason.
Refund amount (¥315) is greater than unrefunded amount on fee (¥202)" appears.
The currencies and amounts mentioned above are used merely as examples.
I want to be able to issue refunds in multiple parts, regardless of the currency set in WooCommerce and how I split the amounts (as long as it is above Stripe's minimum amount).
