Sobre o nosso cliente O nosso cliente é uma empresa de referência no Sector Imobiliário.
Descrição A reportar à Direcção Financeira terá como principais responsabilidades.
Processar e classificar as faturas de fornecedores e outros documentos contabilísticos, no sistema de gestão documental; Assegurar a validação e o encaminhamento das faturas no ERP; Incrementar os quadros fornecedores das empresas do Grupo inserindo todos os movimentos como faturas, notas de crédito, garantias, pagamentos ao Estado, transferências e outros movimentos; Preparar e emitir as faturas aos clientes e intragrupo; Assegurar o controlo e registo das entradas de fundos de clientes, nos respetivos quadros; Atualizar o ficheiro e retirar periodicamente do portal da AT e SS respetivamente as certidões de divida e não divida da AT e SS das empresas do grupo; Retirar do portal da AT as certidões prediais urbanas quando solicitado pelos PM's ou outros interlocutores; Verificar semanalmente a via CTT e retirar os documentos novos; enviar os mesmos para a tesouraria; Gestão e análise das guias de IMI e AIMI; Assegurar o controlo e a gestão dos contratos celebrados com clientes, assim como adendas e procurações.
Perfil ideal O candidato ideal terá.
Formação Superior em Contabilidade ou Gestão (preferencialmente); Mínimo de 3 anos de experiência em funções similares; Fluência em Inglês (mínimo nível B2); Fluência em Francês (desejável); Conhecimentos avançados em Microsoft Office e Navision; Excelentes competências de análise, planeamento e organização.
