FINANCIAL AND CONTRACT MANAGEMENT

The Clients Solutions Platform’s Collections & Debt Mngm Pt Department is intending to recruit a Financial and Contract Management for the Contracts Mngm & Productivity area.

What you will do.
Carrying out tenders for the contracting of new suppliers and/or services, ensuring compliance with internal Procurement processes and the regulations and standards of each geography; Drawing up and managing contracts; Responsible for supervising and executing corporate compliance processes to ensure compliance with data protection; Managing, monitoring, validating and financially controlling contracts with suppliers in the Fiel Service Operations Iberia area in all geographies; Carrying out purchase requisitions, orders and other necessary steps to guarantee payments to suppliers; Drawing up control reports; Training, managing and controlling the external back office that carries out administrative work; Responsible for carrying out diagnoses to improve the processes already in place, to ensure compliance with contractual conditions and standardization of procedures in all geographies; Developing and implementing new processes; Direct interaction with Accounting, Taxation, Legal Advice, Procurement, Field Services, Asset Management, etc.

Hybrid Model   What are we looking for.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in management, finance or another area relevant to the position; Up to 5 years' professional experience in similar functions; Experience in SAP Financial Management; Salesforce knowledge/experience; Advanced user of Office automation; Ability to interact with other areas, suppliers, etc; Knowledge of taxation in Portugal; Experience in executing contracts; Ability to work in a team, be proactive, communicate efficiently and flexibly to resolve incidents quickly; Good knowledge of English and Spanish.
