FINANCE MANAGER (PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN UK OR GERMANY) - LISBON

Descrição Prepare and review consolidated monthly and annual financial statements and management reports; Develop and manage the annual budgeting process in coordination with country heads; Conduct monthly financial forecasting; Prepare and present financial reports for management, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling; Monitor cash flow to ensure sufficient funds are available for operational needs; Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and treasury functions to ensure efficient cash management; Coordinate and lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
Oversee tax preparation and annual accounts filing in multiple countries; Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities and efficiencies across the organisation; Provide financial insights and recommendations to the executive team for decision-making; Lead, mentor, and develop a small team of finance professionals.
Perfil ideal Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Minimum 8 years of experience in financial management, using multiple currencies and preparing consolidation preferably in a corporate environment; Previous work experience in UK (mandatory); Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements; Proficiency in a financial software (Xero and Syft are of advantage) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Excellent analytic, organisational, and problem-solving skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly; High-level proficiency in English (mandatory).
