Key Responsibilities.
Ensuring quality assurance for Travel and Entertainment.
Reviewing accounts payable processes to guarantee correct cost allocation.
Supporting month-end and year-end close processes.
Managing account reconciliation processes.
Assisting with statutory, tax audits, and tax returns.
Ensuring compliance with GAAP principles.
Performing ad hoc analysis to support internal stakeholders (both business and finance).
Qualifications and Experience Required.
A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance, Accounting, or Business Studies.
Proficiency in Office suites.
Experience with SAP or Oracle ERPs.
At least 1 year of experience in a Finance and Accounting role.
Fluency in English and Portuguese.
A dynamic, organized individual with a methodical approach.
Experience working in a multinational company.
