We are a dynamic and innovative production company specializing in adventure and special interest documentaries, with impactful storytelling.
Our projects focus on exploring untold stories, nature, and societal issues with a deep passion for visual aesthetics.
We're looking for a talented and experienced Film Colour Grader to help bring our creative vision to life through meticulous colour correction and grading.
Productions include “Chasing Zephyr,” and we have a large backlog of final cut edits requiring grading.
Key Responsibilities.
• Collaborate closely with the producer, director and editor to achieve the desired look and feel for each project.
• Ensure the visual style matches the director's vision, enhancing the mood, tone, and atmosphere through colour work.
• Adjust lighting, contrast, saturation, and hues to maintain continuity and consistency across scenes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and tools in colour grading and film post-production (eg.
Ai tools) to improve productivity.
• Ensure colour grading conforms to technical requirements for different platforms (eg.
Neflix).
Qualifications.
• Proven experience (minimum 3 years) as a Film Colour Grader with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of work.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (used for our editing) and DaVinci Resolve (to be used for colour correction and grading), and experience with other software is a plus.
• A deep understanding of colour theory, lighting, and cinematography.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• English and Bahasa to collaborate effectively with the creative team.
• A passion for film and visual storytelling, with an eye for enhancing emotion through colour.

Base your offer on first project to be graded which is "Kinabatangan" and is final cut 70 minutes.
