Garantir a execução de serviço de campo e reparações internas;
Melhorar continuamente os processos de serviço;
Garantir a alta satisfação do cliente;
Realizar chamadas de reparação, comissionamento e manutenção no terreno de acordo com os requisitos do cliente;
Fornecer aconselhamento e quando necessário formação básica aos clientes no campo;
Realizar orçamentações no local sempre que possível;
Realizar e relatar análises de qualidade;
Apoiar a coordenação e agendamento das atividades de serviço em ligação com o cliente e escritório;
Realizar o pedido e recolha de peças a partir da base/armazém designado;
Preencher e registar o serviço de campo e relatórios de reparação internos, listas de verificação, no sistema para garantir uma alta qualidade de dados.
