The book should be of the fantasy genre, featuring our main characters as animals embarking on an adventurous journey.
Key requirements.
- Strong experience in writing and illustrating children's books, specifically in the fantasy genre.
- Ability to create engaging, relatable animal characters.
- Proficiency in a cartoonish illustration style, with a knack for creating vibrant, captivating visuals.
- Understanding of the 6-9 year old reading and comprehension level.
- Ability to weave educational themes into the narrative, without making it overly didactic.
The ideal freelancer would have a portfolio demonstrating their experience in this field, with samples of their writing and illustrations.
