Job Description Your contribution to something big.
Support the data analytics efforts, including data gathering, report generation, and basic analysis for efficiency tracking and project metrics; Assist in developing automation solutions that streamline HR processes, collaborating on the design, testing, and implementation of digital tools; Help with the coordination aspects of internal department initiatives; Work with cross-functional teams, translating technical requirements into actionable insights for HR service delivery improvements; Participate in planning and coordinating tool rollouts and digital projects across the department, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications What distinguishes you.
Education.
Enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, Information Systems, HR Management, or a related field; Experience.
2+ years’ of IT and support experience; Knowledge.
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI) and a willingness to learn HR-specific systems and automation tools; Languages.
Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level); Personality.
Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and an interest in digital transformation.
