EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (GERMAN AND ENGLISH SPEAKER) - ALFRAGIDE

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Executive Assistant (M/F/D) with German and English, who will support our client´s operations.
Responsabilities.
Management of calendars when needed and scheduling to support teams in Germany and Portugal; Manage domestic and international travel when needed; Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding item; Work closely with the leadership team, and other Executive Assistants within our company to provide support to the organization; Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure every interaction is both productive and information shared effectively; Management of department meetings, events, and activities, both virtually and in person; Managing billing and accounting tasks; Managing employee personal data, validating any personal data changes with appropriate sign-off procedures, and validating any documentation required; Request quotes from suppliers and initiate the purchase process.
Ideal Profile.
2+ years in a role of working as an Assistant, preferably within a dynamic and fast-paced setting (is a plus).
Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English.
Demonstrating high levels of professionalism, and a proactive mindset towards tasks, together with a genuine interest in helping team colleagues.
Consistently executing responsibilities with diligence, ensuring meticulous attention to detail.
Maintaining confidentiality and trustworthiness in handling information related to the department and the organization.
Establishing a dependable, approachable, and amiable presence within the team, maintaining a positive demeanor even in challenging situations.
Competence in using Microsoft Office Products.
Conditions.
Contract with Gi Group; Health insurance; Meal card.
9,60€/day; Initial training; Possibility of integration.
