Description Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our Events - Billing Specialist Full-Time at Hyatt Regency Houston-Downtown located in Houston, TX.
he Events - Billing Specialist plays a key role in supporting the seamless billing process for the Events team at the hotel.
This position ensures accuracy and efficiency from the group's initial booking through their departure.
The specialist is responsible for creating posting masters for the events department, conducting bill reviews, finalizing master bills, updating deposit schedules, requesting deposits and final payments prior to arrivals.
Other duties include making bill adjustments and reviewing performance reports.
Additionally, this role provides administrative support for the Events team, including managing phone inquiries and detailing events in Envision.
The specialist collaborates closely with the Event Sales and Event Planning teams and ensures proper review and follow-up on contract details and group resumes.
This role in on site in downtown Houston.
Other duties and/or responsibilities may be required or assigned as necessary.
