Job Description.
* (COMPANY NAME) is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Commercial manager that will promote the growth of sales and on-site conversion of the regional (Spain) eShop and marketplaces.
Your contribution to something big.
* Monitor and optimize the performance of sales and on-site conversion (CVR).
* Drive and optimize sales performance of the regional D2C eShop and marketplaces.
* Hold responsibility for meeting regional P&L targets, regional D2C eShop and marketplaces sales metrics.
* Manage and oversee the implementation of global commercial guidelines on the regional eShop and marketplaces.
* Coordinate regularly with the regional head Digital Sales, eShop capability owner and hold relationships with regional marketplaces manager.
Qualifications.

* Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Marketing or Digital Marketing.
* Proven experience in the field of eCommerce, Digital marketing, or sales in digital platforms.
* Entrepreneurial thinking and ability to work self-directed.
* Sales knowledge.

* Strong strategic and analytical skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills * Fluent in English & Spanish * Availability to travel.
