DYNAMICS CRM AND DYNAMICS 365 FINANCE & OPERATIONS (F&O) INTEGRATION

The integration will involve invoice synchronization and fixed asset data transfer using Dual-write for real-time updates.
Scope of Work.
1.
Invoice Integration.
- Sync invoices from CRM to D365 F&O, including customer details, product information, and financial data.
- Configure posting profiles for standard and advanced invoices.
- Track integration status and enable retry functionality for failed transactions.
2.
Fixed Asset Integration.
- Sync selected fixed asset groups from F&O to CRM based on predefined parameters.
- Include classification, number sequencing, and location-specific custom fields.
- Update CRM asset status dynamically when sold or scrapped in F&O.
3.
Real-Time Updates.
- Implement Dual-write for real-time synchronization between CRM and F&O.
- Ensure validation to prevent duplicate entries and maintain data integrity.
4.
Remote Collaboration.
- Work will be conducted via remote desktop sharing tools like TeamViewer, Remote Desktop, or similar platforms.
Deliverables.
- Seamless integration of invoices and fixed assets between Dynamics CRM and D365 F&O.
- Real-time updates with error tracking and validation.
- Documentation for the integration process and configurations.
