Dutch-language inbound customer support via phone, chat, and email Responding to customer inquiries and documenting relevant case information Ensuring excellent customer satisfaction Assisting with sales, general inquiries, and technical support issues Appropriately addressing customer escalations and accurately documenting the process Collaborating with other technicians to resolve or properly close tickets Maintaining the internal ticketing system in English As a representative of the company, you will uphold the company's values and contribute to maintaining a positive brand reputation.
