Vertente Humana is currently recruiting for a customer support position, with one of our renown clients.

Are you a Dutch speaker who is looking for an opportunity to grow in a multicultural environment? Vertente Humana is currently recruiting Dutch speakers to work in exciting projects for internationally recognized brands.
Our client is a renowned company located in Lisbon.
Tasks.
- Handling all incoming customer requests by phone, email and chat, in line with service standards and procedures, offering excellence and quality of service to customers; - Managing pending situations.
exchanges, complaints, returns, among other issues; - Registration in the system of all requests/changes indicated by the client.
Schedule.
According to the project Requisitos.
- Native level of written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and good understanding of English (B2 Level); - Good computer and internet skills; - Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills and team spirit; - Client oriented attitude, with a knack for helping others; - Friendly proactive attitude and great communicator in challenging situations; - Ticket flight refund after 6 months + accommodation during 1 month for people living abroad; - Experience in call center environment (preferred).
