Please ensure that the design and build of the machine is robust and can withstand the rigours of a commercial environment.
Ideal skills and experience for the job include.
- Machine design and engineering - Experience in food machinery - Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards - Ability to design for durability and commercial use The machine should be powered by electricity.
The machine should be made of stainless steel.
The machine should produce falafels and meatballs in standard sizes.
The machine should be fully automated to minimize manual intervention.
The machine should have basic settings for operation.
The machine should produce round falafels and meatballs with a 30mm diameter.
The machine should come with a 2 years warranty.
The machine should operate using basic analog controls for simplicity.
The machine should use a roller conveyor system.
