We have a vision for our dream house, but we need a professional draftsman to help us create detailed, presentable plans for an architect in Thailand.
Key Responsibilities.
- Collaborate with us to design elevation plans and floor plans for all living spaces, bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as the kitchen and dining areas.
- Help us conceptualize and visualize our ideas into workable, detailed plans.
- Generate 3D renderings of the proposed design to provide a more comprehensive visualization.
Ideal Candidate.
- Proficient in creating elevation and floor plans.
- Experience in designing site layout plans is a plus.
- Familiarity with traditional Thai architectural style is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate our collaboration.
- Able to meet project timelines to align with our building schedule.
Your expertise will play a crucial role in turning our ideas into reality.
We are looking forward to working with a talented draftsman who can help us create a beautiful, traditional Thai home.
We have initial sketches that can be used as a reference.
Please use AutoCAD for drafting and designing our home plans.
