You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of the SCRRA project by ensuring the timely and quality development of contractual Service Submittals.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (including General Managers, Project Team Experts, and Client Management teams), manage and oversee the documentation process to meet internal and external standards, and much more.

Maintaining close work relationships with the General Manager, Assistant General Managers, and Subject Matter Experts, Reviewing Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) requirements within the contract, Managing the timely delivery of documentation to the customer and ensuring internal validation before submittal, Developing a compliance tracker for submissions to ensure adherence to contractual obligations, Setting the overall strategy, tools, and tonality of the submittals for consistency and high-quality standards All about you We value passion and attitude over experience.
