This new platform will empower sellers to manage their products and sales through both Shopify and a dedicated frontend site.
The project will focus on enhancing user experience, optimizing order fulfillment, and integrating robust account management features.
Key Responsibilities.
1- User Roles and Permissions.
Implement a permissions matrix defining access levels for sellers and administrators.
Ensure secure user authentication and authorization.
2- Product Management.
Develop a user-friendly interface for adding and managing products.
Allow sellers to upload product details, images, and set pricing with options for shipping inclusivity.
3- Order Fulfillment Workflow.
Design two fulfillment pathways.
one managed by ResellUAE and another for seller-managed fulfillment.
Create interfaces for order approval, customer detail editing, packing, and shipping.
4- Accounts and Payments.
Build an accounting system to track product costs, fulfillment costs, and charge for RTOs (Return to Origin).
Create a statement feature to show the remaining balance and implement a payment withdrawal process for sellers.
5- Template System.
Develop a selection of customizable store templates with varying features, including an 'Add to Cart' functionality.
Enable domain integration for seller stores.
6- Marketing Features.
Implement a pixel addition setup for marketing tracking and compatibility with marketing platforms.
Create a product catalog link for synchronization with TikTok, Facebook, and Google.
7- API Requirements and Integrations.
Establish robust APIs for AWB generation, order tracking, and Shopify integration.
Ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
8- Database Schema and Entity Relationships.
Design a relational database schema with clear entity relationships for users, products, orders, and accounts.
9- UI/UX Wireframes and Design Elements.
Create mockups or wireframes for key interfaces to ensure a seamless user experience.
Technical Requirements.
Proficiency in Laravel programming languages & PHP, Python, JavaScript.
Familiarity with database design and API development.
Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles.
Deliverables.
A fully functional updated ResellUAE system with all specified features.
Documentation for system architecture, setup, and user guides.
Post-launch support for bug fixes and minor adjustments for a specified period.
The project should be completed within 1 month.
