We are seeking an experienced freelancer to design and implement a seamless Exam process using fillable PDFs.
The project involves creating a secure fillable PDF test form with an integrated submit button and automating the data flow from cloud storage to Excel for scoring and analysis.
Project Overview Fillable PDF Form.
Create a secure, password-protected fillable PDF document.
Include input fields, checkboxes, and radio buttons for questions.
At the end of the document, add a "Submit" button.
Ensure the "Submit" button directly uploads the completed PDF form to a specified cloud storage Automated Data Collection.
Enable attendees to download the PDF, complete the test, and submit it directly from the document.
Store the submitted forms in cloud storage for centralized access.
Data Extraction to Excel.
Extract the data from the uploaded PDFs into a structured format.
Transfer the extracted data to a prebuilt Excel template with predefined fields.
Automated Scoring in Excel.
Compare the responses with predefined correct answers.
Automate the scoring process and generate results within Excel.
Key Requirements The PDF test should be downloadable and allow attendees to fill it offline.
The "Submit" button should automatically upload the completed PDF to the designated cloud storage.
The data from the submitted PDFs must be extracted and processed in Excel for scoring.
Deliverables A functional, downloadable, password-protected fillable PDF test form with a "Submit" button.
Integration with cloud storage for seamless form submission and storage.
Automated data extraction and population of an Excel template.
Scoring system in Excel to compare answers and calculate results.
