This software will automate several tasks, including data extraction, text formatting, and email dispatching.
Key Software Functions.
- Web Scraping.
The software needs to extract information from a specific website.
This site requires payment for access to the data, and the software will need to handle these transactions automatically.
- Data Processing.
Once the information is collected, the software will synthesize it into a formal text.
This could potentially involve using an AI like ChatGPT for assistance.
- Email Dispatching.
After processing, the software will send the formatted information to recipients via our company's Microsoft 365 (Outlook) email.
Additional Notes.
- The software should be user-friendly, as it is intended for basic scheduling tasks.
- This is a one-off project with a final payment upon successful delivery of the functioning software.
- The project timeline is urgent, and I would prefer to have it completed as soon as possible.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Proficiency in Windows software development.
