- Experiência prévia em funções semelhantes (preferencial); - Experiência em troubleshooting de software e hardware; - Conhecimentos em sistemas operativos para postos de trabalho e servidores; - Capacidade para interagir eficazmente com utilizadores finais e resolver problemas de forma proativa; - Cadastro criminal limpo.
Responsabilidades.
- Suporte técnico presencial aos utilizadores; - Utilizar acesso remoto para troubleshooting e suporte; - Produzir documentação detalhada e procedimentos para transferência de conhecimento a outras equipas; - Garantir a entrega e recolha eficiente de equipamentos de IT; - Auxiliar na análise e resolução de problemas relacionados a networking, impressoras, equipamentos de salas de reunião, videoconferência, e comunicação em espaços comuns; - Manter atualizado o inventário local de equipamentos e acessórios; - Receber e registar equipamentos de IT entregues, devolvidos ou em reparação na CMDB; - Instalar e realizar upgrades de hardware em equipamentos; - Apoiar na instalação de aplicações corporativas em smartphones e tablets iOS ou Android; - Facilitar a troca de equipamentos do tipo smartphone ou tablet, incluindo transferência de contas e dados; - Verificar o correto funcionamento das aplicações empresariais nos novos dispositivos.
