• Ferdigheter i engelsk på C1- eller C2-nivå (eliminatorisk krav) • Native eller C2-nivå i norsk (eliminatorisk krav) • Erfaring med kundestøtte, særlig med å håndtere innkommende samtaler, svare på e-poster fra kunder og gi støtte via sanntids chat (ønskelig) • Datakunnskaper fra et brukerperspektiv • Interesse for kundeservice • Klar og tydelig kommunikasjonsevne • Hvis kandidaten ikke bor i landet, er det mulighet for relokering (1 måned gratis overnatting, flybillett og 1 måned offentlig transport inkludert).
