Summary.
A Data Science and Operations Research (DSOR) Enablement III is an experienced role focused on contributing to the integration of advanced analytics and operations research methodologies within the organization.
They assist in optimizing business processes and decision-making by working with cross functional teams to identify and implement data-driven solutions that align with organizational objectives.
With a good grasp of both business operations and technical methodologies, they offer support and share technical expertise with DSOR practitioners, aiding in the delivery of useful insights and solutions.
They help to communicate DSOR initiatives effectively, ensuring that their contributions are aligned with value-driven outcomes.
This role requires familiarity with data science and operations research alongside business understanding to promote innovation and improvement within the enterprise, while staying aware of current advancements and aiding in the organization's strategy to utilize these capabilities effectively.
Job Description Assist in the development and implementation of the DSOR Enablement function, contributing to its strategic initiatives.
Support DSOR initiatives by promoting data-driven solutions that enhance business processes.
Provide support and assist in setting priorities for DSOR projects, ensuring effective execution from hypothesis to deliverable.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
Support the design of user-centric products that align with business goals, enhancing decision-making.
Clearly communicate DSOR concepts to stakeholders, supporting alignment with enterprise objectives.
Monitor project progress and support accountability for project milestones, contributing to impactful solutions.
Assist in the development and dissemination of best practices for the DSOR discipline.

Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM EDUCATION.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Data Science, Operations Research, Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analytics, or related discipline.
[Advanced degree preferred.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE.
Three to four (3 - 4) years of experience in working with teams in analytics, data science, operations research, engineering or a related field, with demonstrated leadership in managing teams and executing complex projects.
Practitioner or practitioner-adjacent experience in analytics, data science, operations research, or a related fields inclusive of prototyping and rapid experimentation Preferred Qualifications.

 This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations.
If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current   starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level.
Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors   permitted by law.
