Som Customer Support Specialist vil du være virksomhedens stemme og levere fremragende service til kunder via telefon og e-mail.
Du vil hjælpe kunder med bookinger, ombookinger og aflysninger af rejser med fly og tog samt hotelreservationer.
Dit mål er at sikre, at hver kunde får en smidig og stressfri rejseoplevelse.
Primære ansvarsområder.
Yde enestående kundeservice via telefon og e-mail.
Hjælpe med nye bookinger, ombookinger og aflysninger for fly-, tog- og hotelservices.
Tilbyde personlige løsninger, der imødekommer kundernes behov.
Behandle kundedata effektivt og nøjagtigt.
Krav.
Flydende dansk (C1- eller C2-niveau) og gode engelskkundskaber (B2-niveau).
En kundeorienteret tilgang med stærke problemløsningsevner.
Evne til at arbejde fleksibelt og tilpasse sig forskellige situationer.
Ren straffeattest er påkrævet.
