Description: Location: work from home in PortugalRole: Danish Customer Advisor for automotive brandSalary: basic gross p/m Euro 1,500 (paid 14 x per year) + Euro 80 gross p/m fixed language bonus and 7.23 net Euro per working day food voucherWorking hrs: 40 hrs p/week rotational between Monday to Sunday 7am-7pm rotational The CompanyOur client is a global outsourcing partner - they currently operate in over 35 different countries worldwide. For their multilingual hub in the beautiful capital city in Lisbon, they are looking to recruit Danish Customer Support Agents. Full work from home in Portugal is available for this role. The RoleAs a Danish Customer Support Agent you will be working for a matress company. You will receive incoming queries via phone, email and live chat in regards to various issues. Listening to clients needs, troubleshooting and first time resolution are important.  Requirements: Requirements Fluent Danish and EnglishPrevious Customer Support experience desiredExcellent communication skillsAbility to multi-task and attention to details  Offer: Salary and benefitsCompetitive monthly gross salary of basic gross p/m Euro 1,500 (paid 14 time per year) plus fixed language bonus of 80 euro p/m gross plus net per working day 7.23 Euro food voucher.  Fully paid training is provided.
