My client is a leading international consulting firm specializing in Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
With a strong presence globally, they provide innovative and efficient business solutions to their diverse clientele.
Their expertise spans across various industries, helping businesses streamline their operations, enhance customer experiences, and achieve their strategic goals through cutting-edge technology.
Key Responsibilities.
Design and develop custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment to address business requirements.
Lead or participate in the implementation of Dynamics CRM projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to understand their business processes, requirements, and challenges.
Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users and administrators.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within Dynamics CRM implementations.
Skills.
Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics CRM solutions.
Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI is highly desirable.
Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM.
knowledge of C#,.
ET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
