I'm seeking a skilled and experienced Microsoft Dynamics CE (Customer Engagement) Technical Consultant to join our team on a contract basis.
You'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Microsoft Dynamics CE to enhance our customer engagement capabilities.
This role requires a deep understanding of the Dynamics CE platform, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
The role is hybrid, requiring 2 days per week in the office.
Key Responsibilities.
Design and develop custom solutions within the Microsoft Dynamics CE environment to address business requirements, focusing on the banking sector.
Lead or participate in the implementation of Dynamics CE projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including business analysts, project managers, and end-users, to understand their business processes, requirements, and challenges.
Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients and internal teams.
Conduct training sessions and create documentation to support end-users and administrators.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization within Dynamics CE implementations.
Skills.
Minimum of 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CE.
Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Dynamics CE solutions.
Experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Power BI is highly desirable.
Proficiency in customizing and configuring Dynamics CE.
knowledge of C#,.
ET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
