Role Overview.
As a Marketing and Sales Specialist youll engage with clients to identify sales opportunities and deliver tailored marketing solutions.
Youll manage a portfolio of small business clients prioritize outreach based on their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
Your role includes enhancing client experiences supporting pre and postsales efforts and creating success stories for clients.
Key Responsibilities.
Engage daily with new and existing clients (agencies or advertisers) via phone chat and email to identify sales opportunities and provide tailored solutions Commit to a consultative sales approach to support client goals effectively Manage a portfolio of small business clients to drive revenue growth Prioritize outreach efforts based on client understanding and needs Research markets industries and client business models for better insights Leverage local business knowledge to customize experiences for advertisers Provide personalized recommendations to meet diverse client needs Enhance client experiences through optimal product adoption and performance assessment Develop expertise in client advertising solutions and their impact on performance Actively learn and share knowledge to improve ad products and customer experience Manage a portfolio of SMB clients as needed to boost revenue Offer preand postsales support for relevant products within your expertise Identify trends resolve issues and provide vital product feedback Create success stories for advertisers who have grown using the products Utilize various tools to effectively communicate and drive success for advertisers Qualifications.
