CYBER PROGRAM COORDINATOR

Position Description.

Part of a Cybersecurity team composed of four people, responsible for the regional deployment of Cybersecurity solutions.
Your future duties and responsibilities.
• Work closely with client to ensure the implementation of security procedures and rules in Information Systems • Act as the Cyber Program SPOC for regional entities, covering different layers of Cybersecurity (Application Security, IAM, Vulnerability Management, Data Security, etc.) • Contribute to Cybersecurity risk assessments with the support of the ITRO team, allowing management to prioritize activities • Update follow-up documentation, providing visibility to the Cyber Program director on deployment progress and identifying key risks • Update dashboards and KPIs required by Governance.
Reporting to.
• Head of Cybersecurity Project Office Management Main Functions.
• Communicate with Regional Global Security Officers and other regional stakeholders to define action plans, steer implementation, and assess risks • Update progress in different tools.
SNOW, Power BI • Maintain follow-up minutes up to date.
monthly and weekly • Prepare the Quarterly Cyber Program Steering Committee.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Cybersecurity • Knowledge/experience in Project Management is a plus • Fluent oral and written English is mandatory • French and/or Spanish knowledge is a plus • Power BI knowledge is a plus • Ability to produce regular and on-demand reports.
