As a technical support agent you will handle customer’s product inquiries, by email, phone and social media, provide information in matters related to pre and post-sales and resolve technical issues that customers may have.
You only need to be fluent in English (C1/C2) - with fluency in portuguese being a plus.
Previous professional experience in technical support, preferably in IT (at least 1 year), is also a must.
The workplace is located in Parque das Nações, Lisbon, and you will work 40 hours per week (8 hours per day with an additional lunch break hour) on a rotational shift pattern, Monday to Friday.
This company is committed to developing the knowledge of its employees, offering a training program around 15 working days, 8 hours per day.
