Para integrar a equipa de Customer Supply Chain, procuramos um Customer Support Specialist. Terás como principal missão prestar um serviço de suporte aos clientes e fornecedores. Consiste na gestão dos pedidos de assistência técnica ao negócio dos cafés torrados. Junta-te a esta equipa e vem conhecer a Nestlé! O QUE VAIS FAZER … Captação de pedidos de assistência técnica e propects; Registo em SAP de pedidos/reclamações e respetivo seguimento; Faturação dos pedidos de acordo com o registo e a informação dos fornecedores; Trabalhos administrativos dentro do âmbito dos pedidos; Elaboração de relatórios e análises semanais. ÉS QUEM PROCURAMOS? Licenciatura (recém-licenciado preferencial); Experiência de 1 a 2 anos em serviço ao cliente num mercado semelhante; Experiência em Serviço de atendimento ao cliente; Fluência em Espanhol (preferencial). Bons conhecimentos ao nível de Microsoft Excel; Capacidade de resolução de problemas; Assertivo e com boa capacidade de comunicação; Capacidade de trabalhar em equipa; Capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e gestão de stress.
