What you'll be doing at (COMPANY NAME) As a German-speaker Customer Support for Healthcare, you will.
* As a Customer Support for Healthcare, you'll assist with any questions and concerns regarding the product; * Inform and educate customers about the functions of the device and safety; * Support customers regarding questions about shipping, return, exchange policy and payment transactions; * Actively participate in the optimization activities related to all customer service processes.
There will be big smiles if you * Fluent level of German and a B2-level in English; * Willing to start an international experience - work abroad; * Able to handle sensitive information as a Customer Support for Healthcare; * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; * Team spirit; * Experience in telephone customer service (preferred).
