Responsabilidades - Realizar o atendimento telefónico, garantindo uma experiência positiva ao cliente desde o primeiro contacto; - Gestão de agendamentos/confirmação de consultas e tarefas administrativas relacionadas com as mesmas; - Responder a pedidos de informação e suporte de forma clara e esclarecedora, tendo como principal objetivo a oferta de uma excelente experiência com o cliente, quer seja pelo contacto escrito ou telefónico; - Colaborar com outras áreas para garantir o fluxo eficiente de operações; - Garantir o correto acompanhamento ao cliente, mantendo os níveis de serviço.
Requisitos - Fluência em inglês (obrigatório); - Experiência em Atendimento ao Cliente (obrigatório); - Bons conhecimentos Microsoft Office (com especial foco no Excel); - Excelentes Competências de Comunicação; - Organização e Gestão de Tempo; - Atenção ao detalhe e precisão na execução de tarefas; - Proatividade e Iniciativa; - Disponibilidade Imediata.
