Customer Success Specialist Hybrid Role Language Requirement.

Braga Portugal Work Model.
Hybrid (Combination of remote and onsite) Schedule.
Monday to Friday.
(rotating shifts) Saturday.
days off per week.
Sunday and 1 rotational day Contract Type.
Permanent Contract (with 3month trial period) Salary & Benefits.
Base Salary.
830 EUR per month (paid over 14 months) Performance Bonus (KPI).
170 EUR per month (paid over 12 months) Meal Allowance.

What Youll Do.
Be the friendly voice and the expert face of the brand delivering exceptional customer service via phone chat and email.
Assist customers with their meal cardrelated inquiries troubleshooting and account management.
Provide tailored support helping users maximize the benefits of their meal card solutions.
Handle requests with speed and accuracy ensuring a seamless customer journey.
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by staying responsive empathetic and solutionoriented.
Who You Are.
Fluent in French (C2) with excellent written and spoken communication skills and a good command of English (B2).
Experienced or passionate about customer service with a natural knack for problemsolving.
Techsavvy adaptable and able to manage multiple platforms and channels.
A team player who thrives in a dynamic hybrid work environment balancing remote work flexibility with occasional onsite collaboration.
