As a Customer Service agent for Healthcare project, your main mission will be to manage their requests regarding the use and proper functioning of this device.

What you'llbe doing at (COMPANY NAME) As a Dutch-speaker Customer Service for Healthcare Industry, you will.
* Assist with any questions and concerns regarding the product; * Inform and educate customers about the functions of the device and safety; * Support customers regarding questions about shipping, return, exchange policy and payment transactions; * Actively participate in the optimization activities related to all customer service processes.
There will be big smiles if you * Fluent level of Dutch and a English (minimum B2); * Interest in digital marketing or online advertising platforms; * Exemplary communication and listening skills; * Creative decision making skills and proven ability to work independently; * Experience in telephone customer support (preferred).
