Provide operational support to the Customer Operations team Establish and maintain quality standards Identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
Help customers use specific features and resolve their issues.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and insights.
Identify best practices to establish consistency and efficiency at scale.
Salary Range For this position, we have a total gross package of ⬠to ⬠(plus meal allowance, health insurance and other benefits).
