ant to join us?Position SummaryOn this role you will be responsible to assure the right material, the right quantity, at the right time for Aptiv customers and to achieve a customer satisfaction level of excellenceYou will work in a team with daily communication between the factory departments and with the assigned customers.
eporting to Customer Logistics Team Leader and to the Production Control & Logistics Director.
our RoleOversee a portfolio of assigned customers, being responsible for customer order management and delivery schedule follow up, as a Customer Key Contact inside the Production Control & Logistics Department.
articipate in customer meetings, understand customer profiles and strategic plans.
nsure customer communication, coordinate and escalate customer issues within the organization.
onitor demand fluctuation vs forecast, data analysis via SIOP.
upport cross-functional internal teams (production planning, quality, warehouse and shipping).
onitoring of customer service levels.
KPI reporting, pursue and analyze customer satisfaction level and logistic claims.
ontrol and monitor Premium Freights (special shipping costs \u outbound).
our BackgroundDegree in International Relations, Management, Industrial/Systems Engineering, Production Control & Logistics or equivalent;1 \u year experience on Production Control & Logistics;Proficiency in spoken and written English; Knowledge in German, French or Italian is a plus;Excellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent teamwork and problem-solving skillsAdvanced knowledge on Microsoft Office, SAP or similar ERP systemWhy join us?You can grow at Aptiv.
