Descrição/Funções:
Em termos de funções terás de fazer o atendimento de chamadas, fazer o agendamento de serviços a pacientes, visto que a empresa faz também visitas ao domicilio; esclarecer dúvidas que os pacientes possam ter sobre os serviços da empresa e também a realização de tarefas administrativas.
Requisitos:
Para teres sucesso nas tuas tarefas deverás ter a capacidade de fazer multitasking, ou seja, teres a capacidade de realizar o atendimento telefónico e também dar uma resposta atempada aos emails que vais recebendo. Ter experiência prévia em contact center é essencial, pois assim terás mais a vontade com o atendimento ao cliente via telefone; e também teres a facilidade de falar espanhol, pois podes ter contacto com clientes que não falem o português.
