Then you might be the perfect match for this job opportunity! We are looking for a technical support representative to join our team and be the first point of contact with our client’s end-users.
In this role, you will be responsible to answer all customer questions and clarifying, when needed, any information about our client’s software, through phone and email.
You will be supported by the best professionals, processes and software-tools, as well as have access to crucial training that will lead you to success in your new challenge.

Apply!     Responsibility Be a relentless advocate for the customers and their issues; Providing the necessary help to solve all customer’s technical issues, through phone and email; Ensure customer satisfaction, presenting creative solutions to their issues; Never rest until regained customer’s confidence in the brand; Provide recommendations to engage with customer’s needs; Have a central role within the internal organization.
Your Profile Native written and verbal communication skills in Italian; Good knowledge of English (B2 level); Customer oriented with strong decision-making skills; Excellent communication and good argumentation skills; Ability to solve technical issues in a creative way; Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers; Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
