Specialized and paid training from day one is provided to all new employees who are also supported until they become independent in order to guarantee the demanding criteria that make a benchmark for quality customer service.
Receive incoming calls from customers; Welcome and advise customers; Offer personalized solutions to every call; Experience the culture and share it every day with your colleagues.
We offer the following conditions.
Rotating hours between 7 a.

and 7 p.
.; Working days between Monday and Saturday - Sunday fixed day of rest; An uncapped monthly bonus - depending on the achievement of your team's objectives (it's up to you!) with a guaranteed bonus of €100 gross for the first 3 months, or more depending on the objectives achieved; A meal basket of €9/day (net, meal card); A reimbursement of up to €40 for public transport (upon presentation of the monthly subscription).

Contract duration.
permanent contract including 3-month trial period; Free health and welfare insurance after 3 months of contract; A smartphone offered after 1 year of use and renewed after 3 years; Possibility of having 4 extra days of leave in addition to the 22 days (therefore 26 days); Annual possibility of salary development according to clear and objective criteria; Lots of entertainment and a relaxed atmosphere.
