The scripts should also include the following features.
calculation of data from dropdown selections.
The project should be completed within today.
I'm creating a PDF enrollment form in Adobe Acrobat Pro.
I have all of the formatting in place, but need help with the javascript required for some of the calculation fields.
Here's what I need.
1.
A javascript that will enter a specific dollar value in a text field (MED_HSA_ER) based on whichever list item is selected from a dropdown list (MED_HSA_COVERAGE).
There's also a secondary text field (MED_HSA_EE) that calculates a different amount based on the same dropdown list, but I can figure that out with the other code.
I have some code in there already, which is 'kinda' working.
It just doesn't appear to populate the correct value until I click a different option in the list, so the amount always seems to be one step behind.
2.
A javascript that will calculate the enrollees age in a text field based on the DOB they enter.
3.
A javascript that will look at the Age calculated in #2 and return a dollar value in GROUP_COVERAGE based on an age range.

A javascript that populates a dollar amount in VOL_EE_LIFE_TTL by looking at which dropdown list item is selected in VOL_EE_LIFE_COVERAGE, divides that number by $, then multiplies it by the rate associated with the enrollees age range.
).
It will then multiply that resulting number by 12, and finally divide by 24.
Eg, here's my return value for a person who elects $ and is 30 years old.
$ (coverage) / $ x $1.
(rate) x .
Automatically check boxes if data is entered by the enrollee, as well as lock the GROUP LIFE/ADD&D checkbox to TRUE.
