The app should have the following features.
- **Video Link**.
Clients should be able to connect with our expert team through a stable and high-quality video link.
- **Screen Sharing**.
The app should allow our experts to view the client's screen and guide them through the troubleshooting process.
- **Recording**.
All sessions should be recordable for future reference and training purposes.
- **Chat Functionality**.
A built-in chat function for text communication during the video call.
- File Sharing.
Allow participants to share files and documents during the video call.
Authentication for the app should be simple and straightforward, using an Email and password system.
Ideal candidates for this project should have.
- Extensive experience in developing cross-platform mobile applications.
- A strong understanding of integrating video call functionalities into apps.
- Previous work examples of apps with screen sharing and chat features.
- Knowledge of implementing recording capabilities within an app.
Please include in your proposal relevant samples of your work, particularly any similar projects you've completed.
