Development of a Real Estate Fractional Ownership App – PropX Project Description.
We are looking for a skilled freelance app developer (or team) to develop PropX, a user-friendly and secure real estate fractional ownership app tailored for the Indian market, starting in Siddipet, Telangana.
The app should allow users to invest in fractional ownership of properties, track their investments, and provide a seamless user experience with essential features for trust and transparency.
Core Features.
1.
User Registration and Authentication.
Email/phone-based sign-up and login.
User profiles with KYC integration (Aadhar, PAN).

Property Listings.
Display available properties with images, descriptions, investment breakdowns, and projected returns.
Search and filter options (location, price, type).

Investment Management.
Allow users to view fractional ownership opportunities and invest.
Wallet or payment gateway integration for secure transactions (UPI, credit/debit cards, etc.).

Dashboard.
Show user investments, ownership percentage, returns, and transaction history.

Legal and Documentation Section.
Provide users with access to investment agreements, legal documents, and exit strategies.

Admin Panel.
Manage property listings, monitor user activity, and handle support requests.
Design Requirements.
Modern, intuitive UI/UX.

Ensure responsive design and performance optimization.
