Reporting to the Team Lead, this role involves all the front office contacts with customers for Nespresso brand.
A Day in the Life of...
* Attend all type of contacts done by Nespresso Customer by voice, email or chat for both B2C or B2B business.
* Welcoming customers and identifying their needs.
* Advising customers and potential customers regarding Nespresso products and services.
* Initiating customers into the art of coffee tasting and stimulating their curiosity about our complete range of products.
* Conducting an initial analysis of reported machine malfunctions and guiding customers as effectively as possible to Technical Assistance.
* Maximizing the sale of all available Nespresso products (coffee, machines, and accessories).
What Will Make You Successful * One- or two-years' Experience in Customer Facing (mandatory) * Dominion of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel...) * Proficiency in Portuguese * Proficiency in English is an asset * Good relational and communication skills * Multitasking * Positive mindset, eagerness to learn, and a team player attitude required.
* Strong organizational and prioritization skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong work ethic and respectfulness required.
