Key Responsibilities.
- Provide strategic tax planning and advice to optimize our tax obligations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Assist in preparing and filing corporate tax returns.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Proven experience in business tax consultation, particularly for corporations.
- Strong understanding of tax planning and strategy.
- Excellent knowledge of corporate tax laws and regulations.
- Prior experience in corporate tax return preparation and sales and use tax compliance is a plus.
I am looking for someone who can guide and assist us in forming offshore entities that together with the USA LLC can help us in optimizing tax strategies.
