very single day !   Job Description   Colgate-Palmolive India is looking to add a talented Copywriter to our in-house Content Team.
Someone who can communicate clearly and effectively, with experience of working on the conception, design and execution of Performance Marketing Campaigns, Commerce-based creatives campaigns, Influencer campaigns, Social Media Campaigns, Digital films, etc.
Key Responsibilities.
Key Focus Area.
Commerce-based creatives campaigns and Performance Marketing Creatives for Platforms Spearhead the Copy output requirements of the Colgate Content team for Performance Marketing, (Google, Facebook, Instagram etc.), Commerce marketplaces, (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra, Big Basket etc.), Website, Topical and Moment marketing on Social Media Platforms.
Conceptualizing, ideating and creating copy & campaign collaterals for the entire marketing funnel (Attention, Consideration, Purchase and Loyalty) Concept and execute sound creative ideas for email, digital, social, video and other marketing communications in an efficient manner Work with Copywriters, Senior visualizers, product photographers, in-house and freelance studio partners and other Creative team members to ensure creative vision is achieved and brand expectations are met Work across multiple Colgate-Palmolive portfolios - Oral Care, Personal Care Products etc.
to produce rich copy to win on digital platforms - social and commerce Ensure the copy is clear, true, on-brand, and meets all legal, partner, and best practice requirements Organize, maintain and oversee creative standards and brand experience guidelines (Colgate BEX) Manage multiple deliverables at one time to meet aggressive deadline Set-up an agile creative development practice within the Colgate-Palmolive marketing team   Must-have.
4-6 years of active agency experience in digital copywriting and a fair grasp of the digital landscape Impeccable writing skills and command of the English language.
Strong grasp of grammar, punctuation, usage.
Collaborative attitude to partner different verticals (Marketing, Brand, Social Listening etc.) Ability to take ownership of projects, as well as willingness to step in to help others as needed   Good-to-have.
Experience of working on digital first brands.
Zepto, Blinkit, Swiggy etc.
Demonstrated understanding of and curiosity about current and emerging digital trends Ability to collaborate, concept, write, edit and present.
Provide others with direction without needing much intervention Experience of working on Consumer Product Goods (CPG) Experience of working on Commerce marketplaces.
(Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, Myntra campaigns) High levels of motivation and perseverance with a strong sense of conviction in your ideas, plus the skills and confidence to express them.
