Purpose of Position The Contracts Specialist plays a critical role in the accurate and timely execution of (COMPANY NAME) Agreements to ensure the successful closure of (COMPANY NAME) Sales transactions in accordance and compliance with (COMPANY NAME) and regulatory policies.
The Contract Specialist applies a problem-solving mindset to support the Sales team in navigating the closing process and acts as a subject matter expert in deal structure and contractual conditions, including both standard and non-standard concessions.
Tasks and Responsibilities * Analyse and prepare (COMPANY NAME) Agreements, understanding and filtering standard from non-standard terms and conditions; * Accurately execute (COMPANY NAME) Agreements in line with (COMPANY NAME) Sales and Owner requests, taking into account compliance with (COMPANY NAME) and regulatory policies in a timely manner; * Audit contracts prepared within the team to ensure the Contracts Team is delivering the best service to the Sales Team and Owners; * Compare, adjust, and apply legal wording to standard and non-standard (COMPANY NAME) Agreements; * Provide ad-hoc technical support on contractual conditions to the Sales Team and/or Management Team by request; * Auditing approvals and information provided to advise the Sales or Management team on technicalities that may be missed prior to Contract request, ensuring that the (COMPANY NAME) Agreements are drafted according to internal policies and legal requirements; * Manage (COMPANY NAME) Agreement requests by reviewing contract requests and collaborating with the Sales team to prioritise cases; * Support the Contracts and the Sales Teams to improve the turnaround time for each contract request by implementing/following best practices to accelerate the end-to-end (COMPANY NAME) Sales process; * Support the Contracts and the Sales Teams by committing to a continuous learning & development mindset focused on the improvement of processes; * Ensure all documentation received from (COMPANY NAME) Owners are compliant and in accordance with (COMPANY NAME) policies and legal requirements; * Manage the terminations process, from the moment the termination notice is received, preparing documentation for the termination of (COMPANY NAME) Agreements, while providing the necessary support to the Sales Team or (COMPANY NAME) Owner, ensuring the best (COMPANY NAME) Owner experience; * Manage and maintain all (COMPANY NAME) Owner Agreements in a timely and efficient manner to ensure that all legal requirements are met; * Provide support to (COMPANY NAME) Prospects and Owners on Program and contractual interpretation to ensure their understanding, joining meetings/calls with (COMPANY NAME) Owners when required, clarifying any (COMPANY NAME) Agreements related questions (non-legal) to accelerate the completion of the (COMPANY NAME) Sale; * Answer (COMPANY NAME) Agreement and (COMPANY NAME) Program related queries from other Departments and provide high level advice on contractual and commercial terms to ensure accurate execution of the agreement from a Service or Billing perspective.
* Collaborate with Legal Department by preparing registration and deregistration documentation, supporting with the registration and deregistration process at ANAC; * Collaborate with the Scheduling Department by requesting and managing the positioning required for completion of the (COMPANY NAME) Sale cycle; Education Bachelor's Certifications and Licenses Years of Experience 2-4 years of experience Core Competencies Strives for Positive Results Curiosity Collaboration Adaptability Service-Oriented Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Other (KSAOs) * University Degree in Business Administration, Management or similar discipline; * Minimum 2 years' knowledge of (COMPANY NAME) products preferred; * Minimum 3 years' experience with issuing and auditing contractual documentation, including roles within Customer Contracts, Paralegal, Procurement, or Audit functions; * Ability to understand and execute contractual matters, understanding standard and non-standard requests, and proposing contractual structures and solutions; * Excellent communication skills, both written and oral; * Fluency in Business English (written and spoken); * Proficiency in MS Office
