Additionally, you will design the parking colour scheme, compound wall, main door, and provide wall cladding details.
Key Responsibilities.
- Propose a cohesive and appealing modern colour scheme for the building's exterior.
- Recommend suitable materials for the building's elevation.
- Design the parking colour scheme.
- Create a design for the compound wall.
- Provide details for the main door and wall cladding.
- Produce 2D and 3D visual representations of these suggestions.
I can provide current images of the structure for reference.
Ideal Skills and Experience.
- Strong background in modern architectural design.
- Proficient in 2D and 3D design software.
- Excellent understanding of colour theory and material use in design.
- Previous experience in designing for building exteriors.
