Key Areas of Focus.
- Event Brand Identity.
You will need to create a unique and engaging brand identity for the event.
This includes designing logos, color palettes, typography, and taglines that reflect both Zambia and Australia.
- Digital & Social Media.
You will be responsible for creating engaging digital content such as memes, countdown posters, and short videos.
You will also manage our social media campaigns and content calendars across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Campaign Execution.
Your tasks will include executing email marketing, media outreach, and various engagement campaigns.
- Physical Branding.
Designing print materials such as event banners, brochures, and badges will also be part of your responsibilities.
- Sponsorship Integration.
You will develop templates to highlight our sponsors across all materials.
- Speaker/Exhibitor Support.
Creating promotional materials for our speakers and exhibitors will also be necessary.
- Post-Event.
After the event, you will provide a social media wrap-up, a campaign performance report, and branded follow-up content.
The most critical components for the success of this event are the Event Brand Identity Development and the Digital Branding and Social Media efforts.
You should possess a strong background in event branding, digital content creation, and campaign management.
Experience working with international events and understanding of both Australian and Zambian cultures will be a big plus.
